The following warranty terms & conditions is applied to stealth-mode watch.

1. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) months from the date of purchase.

Defects in materials

Refers to issues or flaws in the raw materials used to make the watch. For example, if the watch face cracks under normal use due to a flaw in the glass or if the watchband breaks because of poor-quality material, these would be considered defects in materials.

Defects in Workmanship

This covers problems that arise from how the watch was assembled or manufactured. Examples include:

• Misaligned parts, such as a watch hand that doesn't align correctly with the time markers.

• Faulty internal mechanisms, like a watch movement that stops working without any external cause.

• Poor construction that leads to parts coming loose or the watch failing to function properly under normal use.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, abuse, or accidents.

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, abrasions, or changes in color or texture.

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.

• Battery replacement.

• Water damage: Our watches are wearable while water is being splashed but are not designed to withstand water under any pressure. Damage resulting from water exposure is not covered by this warranty.

• Loss or theft of the watch.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at youbequitters@gmail.com or inbox to our social sites page to initiate a warranty claim. Please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

2. Return Authorization: If the issue falls within the warranty coverage, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the watch.

3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the watch back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

4. Inspection and Repair/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned watch, our team will inspect it to verify the defect. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the watch at no additional cost to you. If the defect is not covered, we will notify you and provide an estimate for repair costs.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this limited warranty is restricted to the repair or replacement of defective products. We shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the watch, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Amendments and Modifications

We reserve the right to amend or modify these warranty terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.

6. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
